Effects of yawning

The „trivial” yawning


-Significantly increases oxygen to all body cells, especially in the brain and eyes - by imbibition (= feeding a tissue without own vascularization, through contact)


-Relax and at the same time tone muscles from head to toe, especially:





* Temporal and masseter (the muscle that closes the mouth)

* orbicularis oculi muscle of the eyes and ciliary muscles.

* Trapezius muscle - empty "daily General Chat" stress and releases the scapulas.

* neck flexor muscle and phonation device – voice.

* Abdominal muscles - with involvement in diafragm and solar plexus - vegetative brain.

* Puts back lumbar.









-Optimize emotions. -Open subtle channels for non-verbal communication, favoring empathy and increase more than three times likely to influence our peers.

- The culture of yawning stimulate and open ourselves to experience the reality.

Balances the blood ph- regulates the level of acidity.

- Detoxicate the liver - it stimulates the corresponding meridian.

- In the morning it stimulates, during the day it balance, and in the evening it relax- great relaxing and refreshing.

- It stimulates the tear glands – detoxicate.

- 1-2 minutes of vigorously yawning every time
